The company is changing their policy day by day. There is no guarantee of job. Today you are at manager level tomorrow you might be at supervisor position or just a common employee. Teammates are good & supportive. No chance of salary Increment.

You will be treated as a donkey or a layman. You can't say anything to anyone. The whole HR is treating you like a cheap dog. All are thinking that i am the boss.
