... email, as agreed on paper, but they wanted me to extend my resignation as well. This was beyond tolerance, i cleared my notice period & had to leave the company, without my last month salary, return ticket, other settlements & benefits. Sad to say but worst experience ever i faced in my whole career life.

The company is one of the leading company at oman more than 40 years and they are providing standard quality and customer service than other competitors.

Company should be consider reasonable salary and other benefit for senior employees. They should give the right job to right person based on previous position and experience

Not professional at all have leak from one weeck and they lay off me to come and they didn’t come also vishnu prasad not pick phone I have all time to call him from other number to answer I ask him to give me manager number don’t want to give

Work timing is flexible and the job security is very high.

There is no proper work structure in the company. Irrespective of your designation, everyone except the top management is expected to do any roles as deemed by these department head.

There is no plus point in that company , how come with out engineering some one become project manager? And these people's spoiling the company giving wrong information about the technical people's.

Non technical persons they make them as site engineer , project manager. For example : Mr. Neejamudeen , he does not know spelling of engineer and they appointed him as a site engineer.
