A company zero employee rights, very low salary, working hours for site personals especially engineers and supervisors are more than 12hrs a day but salary is considered for 8hrs a day.

...hat I am a part of a team that makes reliable, high quality products to clients. I like the management system, supportive staffs, timely salary, Punctuality, discipline. One of the great thing is that CEO of our company attending the weekly Tool Box Talk meeting at sites.

The only one thing is that less salary compare to other construction company, but salary paid on time there was no delay for any reason.

I like theire way of work, maintaning qality in each and every section. Gave many opportunities to develope skill and for certification. We can maintain work and ady to day life balance over theire.

Compensation is quite less and they include extra certification sallary in other like they add it in accomodation and all.
