This company will ask employees to leave their office premises without notice. On a week we will atleast have 3 terminations. Now they have 5 employees in company and previously we had close 55 employees in India. Management hired Reji George to improve company revenue but after he joined the headcount has become 5 employees.

Dislikes

No proper leave policy. Management does not know how to treat people well. It's OK not to have a knowledge but atleast they should learn from others. Here they don't pay the salaries on time this

I was the employee for 6 months. It was my biggest mistake to join company like this. They were not professional enough to handle visa related issues. They filed my LCA as programm analyst when I was already had 13 years experience. I lost job and had to come back to India for good.

Dislikes

Company is not professional enough or I would say least bother about employees. They filed my LCA as program analyst when I already had 13 years of experience. I requested them to rework on my LCA and visa carefully. I lost job in USA and had to come back to India for good because of this company.
