This is an developing CRO company, best salary hike you will get, appraisel will be atleast 10% increment on your current salary if you have good behaviour,as fresher fixed amount given in trainee period ..I suggest 2_3 years of experience you take from outside and join akums, if you are joining at higher post then make sure you can go eaisily if you get problem due to management because at that time you would have high salary as per market. If coming from outside haridwar make sure to live with strange people basically haridwar is in uttrakhand,but at UP border, so Be safe and chose your friends wisely because good people are also there and bad people too. Company is good.

In R&D 9 hours working hour, Proper training requirement to new people to organization, Atleast second and fourth saturday should be holiday. Candidate should get opportunity to expose new learning in organization. No bus facility.
