Work life balance is good and job security is best. Salary compensations and other benefits are satisfactory. To learn and grow in pharmaceutical CDMO vertical, Akums is always our first choice.

Learning and Development is good at AKUMS. Good salary package along with job security felt like a perk. Company is focused for employee health and wellness and drive additional health awareness camps to motivate. It's a good place to lear, grow and live.

Dislikes

Water filters and coolers are limited, some of them are placed at a distance. Concerned department should look into this problem and provide a resolution.

Company pay attention on employee health and wellness. Work pressure is not so much and compensation and benefits are good. It's a nice place to learn and grow simultaneously.

...d very rich in Indianness. All employees felt proud to be a part of Akums group. HR policies are employee friendly and work life balance is good along with salary benefits.

Dislikes

No dress code is in the organization. Other companies have dress codes and when they come or go we also feel that Akums shall provide a dress code.
