Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? It was established in 2016 only to start with 12 employees ,now the total employees is only 85nos.It isnot a big organisation I am wating for a good opportunity, for time being I am working .

There's nothing to dislike in Akshar, I just left the job for a better oppurtinity in the same sector, as the project was finished in which i was working i had to left the job.
