Inhumane Hr and Work policy. Phone Use Not allowed, No talking and Movement in office. 90days notice period to all. I had feeling like jail so Left after first day only. No life people working here.

It was established in 2016 only to start with 12 employees ,now the total employees is only 85nos.It isnot a big organisation I am wating for a good opportunity, for time being I am working .

Akshra group is dealing with on line market for all groceries, computers,mobile s, now they entered in real estates

I was overwhelmed working in Akshar Group as a Sales Executive to Sales & Marketing Head. I learnt a lot over there. The support from management was excellent. Overall it was a good experience. Good luck team Akshar for future endeavors. Regards, Mayank Yadav.

There's nothing to dislike in Akshar, I just left the job for a better oppurtinity in the same sector, as the project was finished in which i was working i had to left the job.
