I don’t find anything that I particularly enjoy about working here. Just waste of time and energy! Never think of working here. The worst company !

.... Employee are forced and expected to work extra hrs without any additional pay. They deducted the unnecessary salary amount for invalid reasons and in hand salary are very less. Whole HR team were unprofessional and unhelpful specially vikash dobhi and sanjay. I worked in purchase department where Bhavna lotia and specifically MD (Niral Dave) they both treat you like a trash and they don’t know how to treat an employee. Work culture is worst other departments are not helpful. Project managers specifically AG Vora and Jigar they both don’t even know how to talk. Working at this environment is very difficult. Working politics are rampant. When you put your resignation MD and other Hods will brain wash you. And if you have bad luck and joined are working here don’t even think to serve notice period, it is use less and they don’t give your salary during of notice period and other documents like reliving letter. They don’t even close your PF. Whole management are involved in it. Just resign and go when your salary credited. It’s my humble request whosoever reading this please don’t work here even if you got a good package. Whole Akshar Group is like a garbage in the market to be honest.

Salary is very low they didn't give good increment as compared to other company. Lot of politics in company. They didn't give offer letter and reliving letter they didn't provide you salary slip.

The company is best for fressers at which we can learn about how to use manpower .this company is contractor so here hard working is required .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimesb, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to night. Managers do not value individuals

Work with akshar elecinfra is good to grab new experience on site and they give chance to manage site's individually. That's the best of akshar to make our self productive and update our skills.

Dislikes

To be honest here is the only one drawback is working hours & compensation policy is quite need to be correct. Otherwise it's good platform to make your self knowledgeable in this sector.

I am satisfied but not supported for married employees not identified all persons onl for one or two members
