1)Not enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 2)Parking is a problem at the Vizag office, making parking tough. 3)Sometimes the work gets busy during certain releases and gets a bit stressful. 4)Limited remote work opportunities make it challenging to achieve a flexible work-life balance. 5)Drinking water facility is also a problem, affecting accessibility for employees

Incredible work environment with many benefits like health insurance, paid leaves and timely bonus. The company also pushes everyone to upskill and provides resources for learning which is very helpful. The overall work-life balance here is also good.

No ontime salary. Stressful work environment. There is no company culture. This is not a employee friendly organisation. They don't care about employees. Sudden layoff anytime No flexible working hours,we have to stay inside office for 8hrs. Which creates more stress. Micromanagement to the core.

1.Managemet is terrible as they took big decisions in the product by discussing with the experience developers who dont have any knowledge. 2.No Code Review 3.No Inter team relations. 4.Every developer write rubbish code whatever they like. 5.Some Developers are terrible they dont have minimum coding knowledge and web development knowledge 6.They only hire the developers who dont have skills and who showoff by prompting ChatGpt 7.No Friendly nature from Team Leads. 8.Max developers are from Some college in vizag 9.Some Product managers dont have simple knowlege about how a web product works and they choose worst functionality 10.product managers are from the same college. 11.No knowledge gain

Love the open work culture here. You get ownership of your work and also a lot of creative space to explore. The seniors here are all chill and make you feel like an equal.
