Dislikes

Alot worst management and every we need to beg for salary, when will be credited. There is no work life balance and working over time also will not getting OT and never get on time salary, no promotions there is lot politics in this company, Working hard for company won't get nothing not even appreciation and over all worst worst company. This company are not following minimum basic rules.

Likes

1)They pay me well according to market standards. 2)I have gained a lot of knowledge on my domain and the tech stack. 3) It's nice that the bosses listen to what we think. This makes our workplace good, and I feel like my opinions matter. 4)The people who guide us and lead the team are really nice. They create a good vibe that helps us learn and grow without feeling stressed. 5)Working with my colleagues is great. we collaborate well together, and everyone is willing to help each other out. It makes the workplace feel like a team. 6)There are clear paths for career growth here. The company provides opportunities for advancement, and I can see the future for myself within the organization.

Dislikes

1)The break areas could be improved. 2)There is room for improvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives, I find a lot of Telugu-speaking people working here. 3)limited remote work opportunities make achieving a flexible work-life balance challenging. 4)Sometimes the work gets really busy during certain releases and can get a bit stressful. 5)There aren't enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 6)Need more parking space, car parking is not available.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company continuously works on new enhancements and really working hard to compete with Settled Competitors. Management encourages new ideas and supports Learning activities.

The company is a startup and Compensation is decent. sometimes work pressure is high.
