Average in establishing right business strategies. Lacking to establish think-big culture among the employees. Unfortunately Akorn is decided to exit from India operation.

...d teammates with super training program. Have a job security with career growth. Timely salary and appraisal committed. Friendly work environment. I love this facility as like employees hire policy.

Akorn was good company , good thing was 5 day working.

Akorn was good company, but india plant was not having good management, there was gender discrimination, 0.0001 percent female only on management level, akorn india was plant was sale to BE Ltd, lot of employees forcefully removed , and even a single penny was not given as compensation, worst experience, and after spending 5 years, no skill development due to male dominanance at senior management level.

Company was excellent but indian management sucks

Management was so poor for 9 years company feed them good packages but they were inable to run the plant. And those who were hard workers management threw them out after this plant was sold.

In this company I like Everything teamwork,training,policies, learning and working environment,career growth.chance of handling the project either it's related to modification of area or up gradation of documents. I like the re hire policy here. I like mostly in the company is zero observation of DATA Integrity issue in the plant.

In this company all policies are good only salary /appraisal is low.i dislike the policy related to medical insurance because in this company my parents (my father and my mother)is not covered under this policy. My parents is dependent on me also.
