There is not much to like.

...my interview for the position of Senior Consultant and I cleared all the rounds. The salary negotiations were done properly and I stated the minimum salary as the salary I was already getting at my current org. Still, after waiting for 2 months, the HR (Noiwrita) replied to me that they still are discussing with the client about my position. Why? They have two clients and it does not take 2 months to connect with someone you are working on a daily basis. They do not have guts to tell you that they can't pay what you are asking for and they will still give you the whole interview treatment. The HR is irresponsible and that shows the company's gesture to newcomers. Highly unprofessional!

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
