I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8:30- 9:30 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients call in the evening. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. There is no on- job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
