I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Formates they are following for reports.

Dislikes

Company HR policies, one man decision no compensation for over time. Not meeting CTC what they mentioned in Offer letter. No benefit for employees No faith on employees

The ambiance is not at all good, if you want to be more productive ambiance should be good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of issues in company management doesn’t address our issues. And the organisation is running on some understanding & adjustments . There is no sop & 5s management. They won’t respect the employees as well staff.

Ake infrastructure is good for Freshers. U can gain knowledge. And they will train you on lotz of things.
