Work culture is so good employees are work together and familiar and supportive atmosphere.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good atmosphere of working, no communication gap with management, freedom to put in front our views, seniors were very supportive, creative environment.

Dislikes

They hold one salary or first salary as security and it will be repaid after completing one month notice period. My openion about this is not fair first salary is a big happiness for every employee.

Managers and some supervisor playing dirty games and politics against new cumers and lower lever staff ,he never motivate hia staff

Yes, it's true that after joining the Hyundai I learned a lot of practical things in accounting work on tally. Also learn many advance level working on tally with taxation work. As well as my seniors and teammates are very helpful and gentle persons helps me a lot in many different types of work regarding accounts department. Being a girl I feel safe in the environment.

Dislikes

I feel most of the persons of different departments interfere in other works, no formal track of working
