Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing is positive work in Akbar Travels, if someone just want salary and no growth in life can join Akbar Travels. Unprofessional and Egoistic collegues. Only RM was nice and understandable.

Dislikes

...Collegues, not a good culture for permanent employees who want growth in career. One who want only salary can join Akbar Travels. Many negative things are there for Akbar. Only RM was nice and supportive.

They never support non-malayalam speaking people and i never got a penny as salary in this COVID-19 lockdown even i am working from home.

Dislikes

If you have any other opportunities then Akbar travel you can go with that option whichever job or company it is, if you are a malayali(people from Kerala) you can get promotion, salary hike and you can get salary in this any situation. They never support other language speaking staffs. I didn't get a penny as salary in this Covid-19 times even i am working for the company.

...mmates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is lots to learn . Company policies are good appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Akbar travels company is good but as everyone mention people like managers supervisor rule your life as per partiality and politics which is bad and make your life terrible so where you cannot make your career to get opportunities stand as per your talent.

Dislikes

Company want to grow and employees too but as usual company name is spoil by their managers a their high authorities as per their favouritism who hold the rights to rule employees life as per their wish.

They offered me position but later worked for them atleast more than 5 months they refused it
