One of the worst company I have ever worked in my 12years of experience... They have stealed my last two months salary and also they did same with lots of other employees also... Will suggest not work with this company..

Likes

Good work life balance along with opportunities to learn new things. Management offer good package for potential candidates. All employees have welcoming approach towards new teammates. I always had u b security while working with Akbar holidays.

Need to improve hirarchey in all departments for more transparency in designations.

I like the Fame of this company..where as a Sales manager i need not to convince the customers much.

Company culture.Its management.They are a bad pay masters.Employees had to await thier salaries from 2 to 3 months.

It is good working here but the very sad part is alot politics is there if manager has to bring business he will ask you to bring personal reference and in just span of 6 months you can't huge number of reference building reference take time if the manager he here from last 14 years he should be dependent on staff personal reference tickets

Politics is the very worst over here I have worked in previous company also there was also politics but the way it is here living away from and you are not happy with your job and colleague what can be the most worst part than this even in the brand like Akbar if giving huge salaries to manager there should not be pressure on counter staff to bring business counter staff is to provide good service not to bring sales

Office Politics, Bad Management, No ethics, No system, BAD MICE MANAGERS and VISA MANAGER, Accounts Ignoring company Losses from mice and visa Managers. Accounts team need to keep a track. HR should not be BIAS with Young People and Experienced People.
