You will not get right work culture, right salary and satisfaction. Owner is too rude towards employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I will get many customers with different abilities and i like to interact with them and let them convinced for the rates as well.

Dislikes

I have to work minimum 10 hours and i wont get time to attend family functions.

First of all I like Akash enterprises, it's very cool environment in my office but work location is different there's some good companies but we have to work harder to satisfy our customers because it's a contract based company supplies man power only.

Dislikes

There is no recognition for skilled people,we to choose another company for our better growth
