Stay away from this company. I had a terrible experience with this organisation. The administration is unprofessional and ignorant. This organisation’s MD treats its employees like prisoners. Many limitations are placed on employees that are completely needless since they want them to work like donkeys and believe that hard effort is completely useless in this organisation.

Hr behaviour for employees are not good they can't now about the hr designation work and they humilat the employee about there sking colour and also they misbehave with us and also they hold the salary of any take the off form the work for 1 days they start calling again and again and they also said that we will termenats you And they termenats some of employees without any reason They give so much workload that why employee getting the panic attack So please don't join the akash blowers

Nothing is in Akash blower to Like, one of the fraud company with non professional narrow minded MD and HR team.

Akash blower is same as presion, when anybody is trying to leave company, you will become enemy of this company. HR shows their non professionalism and stupidity, They will hold your salery, even can't provide your experience letter. Our some time they fired employees without giving any notice. Request to guys you can start work with small payable company but dont be a part of this type of narrow minded people company.
