If you presently preparing fir something else then temporarily you can join but don't think to make your career here because there is no career growth even you will not get salary as per your caliber.

First they not pay gud salary. They font pay you salary on time. It is religious focus school if you are thinking that you are joining English medium school that it's nothing.

No proper management , No one think about employees Salary comes on 20th of next month and every third month salary comes on next to next month . 24 month security Experience persons have no value counted as a freasher

It's good to teach if you love teaching.

The worst thing to be discussed is the distance placement you have to be in hostel and wouldn't be able to work extra to earn enough . You have to survive over salary wages and it's hard.

In Akal Academy ...the best thing is that there is no leg pulling...everyone who is hard worker teacher will get excellent remark of their hard work...second thing is that akal academy never force any religion...to opt his culture...I had done 10 years job and akal academy is only institute which gives real meaning of unity in diversity.
