If you are ready to work in free , because they don't give salary,then you are most welcome in ak clinics . Corrupt sales head is there who takes all the credits.If u can test his sales pitch he is zero.

Long working hours ,zero work life balance, Worst then lala company, Management don't stand on there decisions. Customer dissatisfaction,paid promotions

The company policies change every week. They do not care about any protocols. All they need is money. The really make life miserable. The senior will insult you in front of anybody and everybody.

Dislikes

They forced to resign to get salary. Even after resign they did not pay. They do not care about any other problems. All they will always talk about is money. The make false promises. The can back off their words any moment. No written intimations are given ever.

The Doctor was very concerned about the staff and very helpful nature at Hyderabad branch. As of now that branch is closed at Hyderabad

... top MD to all the persons who are working at head office, all are waste people. No salary on time no planning for business only blaming the managers. My one month is also pending with them still. My suggestion is not to join in such type of organisations

It's a great experience working with Ak Clinics. I have found a very friendly atmosphere & all the seniors are always supportive. Respected Doctor Sir & Mam are very nice. It's been three months working here & it's a great experience working with the great environment.

Owners are really good and down to earth

Timings and not paying overtime..They expect us to come on time but there’s no time for logout ..The surgeries starts at 08.00 in morning and goes till 10-11 at night….No marketing is done,No business,policies are pathetic.Would never recommend anyone to work there .
