No Team support, Too many managers with multiple expectations. No sync in their thoughts especially the partners. Not a frinedly place to work on. Maternity policy is not there. They may ask you to go on leaves instaed of compling with the law.

Likes

Good working environment and office culture, supportive seniors and managers. Good management and training of employees are conducted by HR dept.at regular intervals, various new and better policies are introduced by HR dept for considering all the interest of the employees such as fun activities, festive celebration, employees awards etc.

Likes

Very poor experience. Staff full of politics. Lack of delegation of authority and responsibility due to scare of leaving control by managers especially by one of the Manager Manvi. Too much of politics first time seen.

Dislikes

Very bad environment. Ms Manvi one of the manager for keeping maximum hold of the company management does not delegate her work responsibility with other professionals as that would make her less important for the company and tried to get the work done by lower level of employees instead of co professionals. At the same time she is a very good politician by conveying negative image of employees even at the time when she is not delegating the work responsibilities. Management is also blind on this part.

The environment is average however the best thing is that they do consider the performance!! So if u r talented but are not recognised then this is the place!!

Politics is there!! There is some need for more MNC culture!! However they are on it. But there are still some elements of that particular Indian partnership firm on it!
