...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Cunning attitudes of supervisor and principal; extreme favouritism, need to have a yes ma'am ok ma'am attitude to be in good books; need to have extreme case of hero worship and unquestioning character to survive..should always be willing to take responsibilities voluntarily whether you like doing the task or not...need to pamper kids so that they don't say anything bad about you to their parents...stifling environment..being constantly watched upon and listened to using CCTV footage....no privacy to talk except in the washroom....too much work load to be completed in school hours....waiting back beyond school hours frowned upon..

I am working here from past 7 year.The school many opportunities you to explore. You will able develop your skill and grow as good teacher. School conduct inhouse workshop to improve your teaching skills.which many school dont do

Dislikes

Pyp is bit difficult for fresher as it's a foreign board. We Indian use rote learning so you need to be very creative while delivering your lesson.Once you understand I.B properly it's not difficult very creative i
