There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is high. There js a bond of 2 years probation periods for at the time of joining.

THE POLITICAL INTERFERENCE is the major hurdle in smooth functioning .The shortage of technical staff is also effects the work performance. 24 hour work pressure and tension also have adverse effect on work performance of the employees
