Ye kaam karne layak jagah nahi hai yaha sab bahot hi bura hai yaha kaam karne matlab hai aap or kuch kar hi nahi sakte 6 bje subah se hi kaam suru ho jata hai or raat ko 10 bje tak chalta hi rahega

...o learning, terrible work culture. Company has terminated all the employees now. Everyone got compensation, except the employees who had worked the longest, who were actually loyal to the company.

No increments,no market allowance,no bonuses,salary deduction,poor management, 3rd class HR team, no leaves, they gave salary for 2 months while COVID situation and since then decreased package of field employees to recover upper management salary, upper management have no power they are just mouth DJ's not even a single query they can resolve. A lot of cons you will know while you will join this. Better open a tea stall in a good area you will earn more than this company's field employee.
