Ye kaam karne layak jagah nahi hai yaha sab bahot hi bura hai yaha kaam karne matlab hai aap or kuch kar hi nahi sakte 6 bje subah se hi kaam suru ho jata hai or raat ko 10 bje tak chalta hi rahega

Bahot hi bura jagah hai kaam karne ka bina batay company kabhi bhi hata deti hai or salary bhi kabhi time nai aata hai

Reliance products are very good and reliance products very demand, salary paid comes on time.

Reliance work is very hard and sales officers holiday are not approved and job security is not available in ajio business (reliance)

You will interact with people and understand their need and will gain a lot of product knowledge

Dislikes

No increments,no market allowance,no bonuses,salary deduction,poor management, 3rd class HR team, no leaves, they gave salary for 2 months while COVID situation and since then decreased package of field employees to recover upper management salary, upper management have no power they are just mouth DJ's not even a single query they can resolve. A lot of cons you will know while you will join this. Better open a tea stall in a good area you will earn more than this company's field employee.

No support from management for frontier, no appraisals, TSM will be changing frequently and will not visit market everything will be in phone call only. Every month Management brings new policy for it's employees.
