Approvals from seniors is useless Employees are used and then thrown away when target is achieved. Job security is zero. Useless pressure building by seniors Seniors misguides and later takes credits for what is done by team. (Main duty here in working on company's end at Ajax is just for pampering seniors and takings credits. If you are not good in handling company's politics then don't go for Ajax. Useless working structure. One can end his career if not involved in politics.

I'm very proud of AJAX, because AJAX is a Indian Manufacturing company and AJAX is a global leader in SLCM, renowned for engineering excellence. Based in a Banglore, and provide to customers 360 degree concreting solutions from mixers to pumps with advanced manufacturing facilities.

Cash rich company, good employee benefit scheme. Very great participation in social responsibility thro' CSR.

Earlier it was good company to work. Now work environment is very poor after change in leadership. Almost everybody is unhappy. Very vicious working environment.
