...excellent NSM I have seen. He try to make environment clean and out of politics. Salary structure is great, increment great. Even after he takes review meeting, people can work on loops rather than becoming demotivated or left the organization. Great Culture established by him, if a person is honest and want to work, leadership of Chandan sir is great.

Dislikes

PMT people and clercks of HO are very arrogant. They do not respect even senior RSM also, Majority of PMT people address and treat senior RSM as a kid. They also involves in sales too much.

List is endless i will list top 5 1. No training development for managers horrible TA AND DA 2. Company management especially solesta division eat up incentive of team poor incentive policy 3 . Very week leadership no market strategy poor Dr commitment 4. Career is not secure in solesta division GM wants RSM should not work more then 2 years in company 5. Very old and vision less leadership in solesta division you have to give money from your pocket to invest on drs this is company wide
