My opinions are based for Ajanta International - Andheri. The office Infrastructure, Annual increment percentage, entry package negotiations, except sometimes no taking your work to home, Sat-Sun complete weekoff. Big vision friendly screens are offered apart from laptop to save your eyes from strain and blue light along with external keyboard and mouse if required.

Dislikes

Employee policies need to be worked a lot. Your whole salary is taxable and their are no components like sodexo, uniform to save you from taxes. You have only 24 paid leaves + 12 govt holidays annually. Punching time has now 2 hours bracket, previously it was only 15 mins. If you are late > 3 times a month your half day salary will be deducted. They have strict 9 hours/ day working policy. Even a deviation of single minute will cost you a half day. At the end you enjoy working wherever on the planet if your boss is good and supportive. I left company due to my toxic boss.

...excellent NSM I have seen. He try to make environment clean and out of politics. Salary structure is great, increment great. Even after he takes review meeting, people can work on loops rather than becoming demotivated or left the organization. Great Culture established by him, if a person is honest and want to work, leadership of Chandan sir is great.

Dislikes

PMT people and clercks of HO are very arrogant. They do not respect even senior RSM also, Majority of PMT people address and treat senior RSM as a kid. They also involves in sales too much.

Top brands exposure, Deep market knowledge, Lots of Data available for analysis.

High level of salary negotiation and Lower package and position offered, Mediclaim policy which does not cover maternity.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair .

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They are providing Desktop and everything to WFH. Paying Bills of Internet

... to do it proper, even though it's not your part, you weren't selected for this. Salary growth is not good. I've been working from Oct 2018 & till from then My Salary is increased by 20 Rs. in Payslip and 500 in PF. So not good even how much extra work you do. Doesn't matters
