Work place is good, but get salary too late , you will get salary after 2 months there is no job security as if you make any mistake they may fire you and they also deduct salary if you take any holiday other than 4 Sundays in month . So think twice before joining this fast little it is run by 2 administrator . They take every decision and the owner treat you like servant.

The Management The Pay is always late as in a month late The marketing is the worst part Bringing in patients from all govt hospitals who aren't given treatment or care at the right time If you try to resign the owner will threaten you by saying I'll give a negative review if you join another institution. Do not expect an experience certificate from them even after working with them for a year. The staff and doctors are mistreated by the daughter and mother duo. They think we are owned by them. Do not join this place and never sign in anything they offer you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

I got lots of things to learn in my field within short period of time which is not available in other hospital.Also employee gets an opportunity to participate in lots pf culture activities where can meet other department staff and get relief from work also .All department employees are friendly to each other.Hospital conducts a traditional celebration of festival which is very much beautiful

Being in a radiation field work hour is more.

Higher authoritys are thinking about patient privacy policy safety care but no one is thinking about staffs and family members we are also human being first give some respect and understand what they needed
