Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Great collegues made the work place enjoyable. Satisfied with the salary range they offered. Salary is on time. Job security is very low. You can be fired for even management's mistakes. Work environment is satisfactory. Dont expect an appraisal for the jobs done. Management is below average. The design team is the one who leads the projects. Every weekend they offered delicious lunch. Totally good and happy working with the team.
