Company has a good potential but there is lack of processes and SOPs. THEY ARE JUST HIRING THE PEOPLE BUT IGNORING EXISTING STAFF , LACK OF TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION WORST PART IS SALARY NEGOTIATION FOR DESERVING CANDIDATES. I GIVE MY BEST WISHES TO THE COMPANY TO GROW MORE BUT PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE YOUR STAFF THEY ARE BACKBONE OF YOUR COMPANY.

Nothing to Like, best part is company don't believe in giving salary to employees . Don't suggest anyone to join , it's better to wait for the opportunity, no salary and expenses will be reimbursed. Basically is a collection centre

Nothing to like At this time only the people who buttering the management only promoted and get good increments, Company force to submit the leave to the person while company not open by fault itself. Company policies is not clear it is change time to time and person to person. They name Aishwarya Group but every plant have different rule. Company have not employe friendly

Everything is worst there, only politics, everytime time there is excuse and lie from management, payment problem with the vendors, no work timings. Starting time is 9 am but there is no time for closure. I never saw a worst company ever in my entire career. PPIC and purchase department has terrible situation there, i strongly recommend not to join the group. Rest choice your.
