You might found a good people as your colleague if they are not from the management team.

Dislikes

...e no consideration of that it will be count as holiday which is however off day. - Every year contract renewal process - Salary gets credited after 7 of every month, if 7-8 is sat-sun salary will get credited on 9-11 - 9 strict working hours - Flexible timing with restrictions of all kind of micro mang. - All non-Technical management team.

Agar aap unpaid leave lete ho to uss day ki amount , salary mai se to cut hogi he or Retention amount mai se b cut hogi or ye written mai b nai likha hai ji aap bhi bolonge 44k ka investment tha 37k kese ho gaye 🤔🤔 Note: If you belong to the middle or lower class, try to find another company. If you have no offer letter, or have an offer for a lower amount, wait a few months and join another company for a better future.

Nothing to like about this. It is a living hell.

...ow to speak and write and they judge writers' like us. HR is another nightmare. You'll have to beg to give you your rightful salary. and salary is received on the 10th of every month. There is extreme micro-management. Your screen is in recording even if it's your personal laptop. You have to complete 9 hrs and even if your laptop is in idle state for 1 min, they'll ring you up. Yes, they are so vella. Go on your risk. Once you leave the company, you'll have to beg for your salary for 2 months. They also cut some amount from your salary as a form of bond, and you have to beg them to give you the retention amount and the salary even after completing a year. So, that's it. and don't trust any of the reviews. The SEO person gives each of us a well written comment to write good things about this 'Lala Company'. If we do not post them, we are threatened regarding the job security.

Flexible timing ( but it's also a big trouble)

Salary is deducted every month and remaining about is paid after mail. No on site opportunity. 1 year bond is renewed after every year and hr says in joining timing that there is only one year bond after that your wish to continue. HR policies changes frequently. I applied for leave after 7 months for going home and they approved it but before 5 days of first leave day they cancelled it by saying a silly reason that employee can take max 7 days leave according to hr policy. I have 1 day journey and single train in a week and also i had not gone home for 1 year. and after that i need to cancel my ticket. Money was wasted and also i could join in festival with family. For appraisal you need to be favourite of project manager. It's a political place. Will not recommend it to any one
