Politics They have hired gang from certain bank and people from specific organisation is filling Airtel Payments Bank and lot of favouritism and baisedness is happening. Will start lossing good talent soon. As soon as market opens.

...ood as far as my colleagues are concerned, they're helpful and understanding. Overall, from learning and compensation prospective, APB is not a good place.

Growth and compensation is poor. Management is hierarchical to some extent. Many public holidays are avoided.
