Tere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation is decent with slow growth. Self driving is on very higher side, sometimes have to drive 300kms a day.

...ear airtel management transfer all 30 to 40 sales person to off roll forcefully. If any body disagree to join off roll that time he had transfer to Mysore same salary package. At airtel I have spent horrible situation.

Our service manager behaviour very bad. He played some politics with us. Here job security bill. Work environment very bad.
