I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is a lot of politics and management. Salary which is very consolated & not getting increased annually.

First of all change the company Environment like washroom's, Machine surrounding area timely no payment increment for staff's and less payment for all and set the Proper Security guard's to the company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is low but career growth is slow.

Company is excellent for learning skills & environment is also very good . I got lot of opportunity to implement my ideas & company has given very good platform to me.
