Worst and more than worst !! MD is a bloody coward, he always holds the salary of employees and tries to ensure that the person's career gets spoiled. those who have written good words are just because the management asked them to write. multiple cases are pending against this company in court! If you join this company, you will always regret it.

...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...is a lot of politics and the management is transport doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

MD is very arrogent. Never look after employees problem and situation.. made me work till midnight during lockdown and still didn't paid my 2months salary. When i went to talk about my salary he asked gaurds to not to let me enter in office. Also no one in the staff took stand for the right... I have filed a case against Aircon in gurgaon labour court.. then i got to knw that there are so many other cases filed against Aircon. My salary is pending since aug 2020. Court ordered them to release my salary still they ignored the court orders
