The company according to me lacks basic amenities provided in a work space. The environment here is pathetic and I do not recommend this organisation to anyone who is willing to look for an opportunity in this office. They will make you do menial work like getting a cup of coffee for guests, there is no respect for someone's designation. The work environment is lethargic and growth opportunities are zero. If there work experience are shown in other organisations they consign it to the dustbin. No work-life balance, nothing. The only thing you will have when you leave the office is regret.

Dislikes

The question should have been what was there to like in Birla Air Shagoon. I doubt whether it is a registered company beacuse the work culture here is not in any sense how it is supposed to be in a company. The managing staff is utterly rude and do not render help when stuck with a problem. They pass uneasy comments on women staff and there is no redressal forum for the same. I criticise this company in the strongest words possible and suggest nobody should look forward for working here.
