...ance of money till 45 days... Despite completed the 3 months of notice period . They do cut the bonus as well in the name of Nominal bonus...If you Resign in the month of sep-oct ,you will lost your half of bonus...Just because u resigned.

Low Salary Hike, Work Place and location is not nice, rude old employees, 9 hrs working (Inclusive of 30 mins lunch), No overtime, Limited Growth

In this organization you will get a good opportunities for transversal movements, and exposure to a rich working culture that will help in over a development of your career.

Dislikes

Air Liquide India is reluctant to pay as per market conditions. Expect bare minimum hike which will be less than the present market inflation. If you will be joining negotiate hard to get the best possible hike as afterwards Don't expect any.
