In this pandamic situation they support us very much through they issue salary for the last 6 months. I m very thank for them. And they help many careers and passanagers who wants to come back to india. Incase the situation is very horrible, but this time a national career help a lot for the people who are in trouble.

I like to work in AirIndia. But I have to work hard for 10 years after that only we got a name here. Place a name is very tough

...lpful full engineers.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.working environment is very good.

They take lot of time to maintainance and there is a five year of bond which you cannot resign.

I like timely promotion on behalf of experience and knowledge. A good salary you have to encourage to work hard & and give effort more and more for the company.

...ical environment in my work. I also don't like approach promotion of employees. If the salary was not enough good employee also not so happy to work employer looking to other company opportunity, for good salary.

... ESL, the middle management is hopeless and generally engaged in petty politics. There is no career growth, talent and capabilities are not recognised and financial compensation is very low.
