...ined Not following DPE guidelines for deciding payscale as done in other PSUs. Nearly 1/3 times salary compared to other PSUs for the same designation. Descrimation within company between permanent employee and fixed term contractual employee. Same work same pay cannot be expectable in this company.

I like timely promotion on behalf of experience and knowledge. A good salary you have to encourage to work hard & and give effort more and more for the company.

...ical environment in my work. I also don't like approach promotion of employees. If the salary was not enough good employee also not so happy to work employer looking to other company opportunity, for good salary.

... ESL, the middle management is hopeless and generally engaged in petty politics. There is no career growth, talent and capabilities are not recognised and financial compensation is very low.

Managment dont want give salary hikes even though company is in profits. Discrimination in workplace. for same work if they pay permanent stafff 1 lakh INR then they pay 25,000 INR for FTE.
