Job security, Decent perks like, Free Air Travel Allowance per year 12 tickets out of 4 were 100% free, 4 were 50% chargeable & the remaining 4 were 25% chargeable, etc Lot to learn n to upgrade ourself periodically depends upon the requirements of our job. [training would be given , one should score 80% to qualify in the exams(both theoretical n practicals)] Tough to score, should study very very hard for the qualifying score, Provision of Health Insurance, EPFund, Retirement benifits, Chance to meet employees from different places all over INDIA during training period to share our experiences. Chance to explore more places. There is a web page called 'Ideas Corner,' in our organization's website to share our ideas n more. So many positive aspects are there while working in Air Deccan. Authorities in AirDeccan were & Awesome, very concerned & cooperative vth their employees.

Politics In the hierarchy Some employees create chaos among the employees & between the authorities n employees by playing some cheap tricks, hindering the work routine, due to their egoism. Thats it.
