As ever been worked and in result of has been found the less quality of work, office setups, less of channels of strict management in India , less of real documents according to law and acts which needed in actual while working and completion of task and pre post flight Rights while operations at ground, not real hierarchy has been followed most of the times , recruitments have no proper guidelines nor proper authorized by settled recruiters who can take all the candidates for theirs crucials while working time to time.

There is nothing one can like working here apart from few free Sharjah trips.

Total personality killer management . Demotivating, insulting and humilating attitude . No support to juniors Always ready to pin point the smallest mistake and make a big issue out of it. Then series of insults.

Training is good and work environment is friendly. Management understands the situations of the staff and gives flexibility in terms of (work shifts and Off's)

Dislikes

As a loyal staff and passionate about this industry I don't feel there is even a thing I dislike about. Every company have sort their own terms, conditions and policies that we need to follow as a staff

International travel,layovers,nice crew to work with.

Dislikes

Cabin crew supervisor and managers give growth and promote only to their girlfriend, boyfriend etc.For others work hard all their life just to earn their living.
