Management needs to understand why they hire someone, communicate their needs properly and have realistic & clear expectations from people. They also need to be more understanding and empathetic towards employees.

Company must look & care about knowledge. company must have ethics & do not treat the employees as commodity. please note any policy or agreement is two way process not frequently changing /twisting according to management favor.

Dislikes

no attention on brain drainage . No clear vison . Poor working culture, exploitation , power of delegation is terrible. Top managing body need to be replaced by professionals if they want to remain in market.
