You will be given tasks that are not compatible with your key strengths. This dilutes professional identity. Management needs to understand why they hire someone, communicate their needs properly and have realistic & clear expectations from people. They also need to be more understanding and empathetic towards employees.

Likes

Company must look & care about knowledge. company must have ethics & do not treat the employees as commodity. please note any policy or agreement is two way process not frequently changing /twisting according to management favor.

Dislikes

no attention on brain drainage . No clear vison . Poor working culture, exploitation , power of delegation is terrible. Top managing body need to be replaced by professionals if they want to remain in market.
