It was very good. A part of the company experience is learning and lots of support for the colleague, my prime responsible to handle the customer issue and add new customers for my company better features.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed.

You will be apprised for little if you work too hard and achieve target. Limited carrier growth.

Your salary will get deducted for small small reasons.You will have to listen non parliamentary words like BC MC from directors in meeting as well as in over phone calls.No compensation will be given if you are transferred to different location though committed or in policy. Company policy changes for almost every month.No family life assured. Travelling for 20-25 days a month. Horrible working. If you are near to complete the target you will be transferred to different project or location to avoid committed incentive. No inter personal relations maintained. If your salary reaches high to certain limit for your working, you will be treated badly to leave company.

... in my life no training no team effort.. No job security even during probation.. I know this company not given my 2 month expenses as well as salary.. Guys please do not join them they recruit very fast.. Becz no candidate ready to work I was a pharma student who by mistake join them.. They never pay ur expense. And even salary deducted... in probation as well.. And force u to travel whole India wid ur own expenses... Nd salary will release according to ur designation in organization. For example dsm will get on 2 nd day of month area manager will get on 5 of month... Not fit for professional s

Nothing. If you want to spoil your career& life then this is the best place to work

It is one of the worst place to work. One of the director of the company hires people on false promises which he don't want to keep.The senior management always pass on the blame to their subordinates.
