...a fresher and I had no practical experience in anything required by the company. I didn't expect a salary and all I wanted was some experience. But by the end of the month, I got my first salary. They reached down to me and taught me everything. I was able to learn very fast. Aindriya was ahead of it's time. I was assigned to company's own project and we were developing a ready-to-deploy multi vendor e-commerce platforms back in 2012. Any business owners could come to the platform and start their own e-commerce business in 3 steps. As it was way ahead of time and that project was dropped. The whole management and team is like a family. We do get into fight mode sometimes but everything happens in a playful mood and won't get serious. Back in 2014, when I reached my office one day, I found that the office was closed and no one was there and no one picked my phone. I waited about 15 minutes and after that, I got a call from our CEO. He himself came to the office and asked me to follow him. I saw a small van opposite the office building and all the teammates were in it waiting for me. It took some time for me to realize that we were going on a one-day trip. We were asked to call home and inform about the trip and we went to athirappilly water falls, did some trekking, had lunch in a beautiful resort food and returned to the office by evening. I will never forget that. From the next day, we were asked to stay for an extra hour every day for a month to complete an ongoing project. We completed the project within 14 days and again our work time was reduced. We are free to take off on Saturdays if there are no pending works and most of time we prefered going to office because that was fun. I had to resign from the company in 2014 when the office was relocated to Aluva, a decision that I still repent.
