Worst work place ever. All the staff members were into some kind of 'politics' against others, trying to impress the owner. One can not work at AIMT with his/her self dignity and pride intact. Zero job security, the HR would surprisingly call some day and tell the staff that they need not continue from the next day! People with good work ethics cannot stick there for long. Nothing to talk about innovation in a college where they teach Mass Communication and Journalism without equipments.Not just the staff but the students who are treated as mere customers are mannerless. Leave aside work-life balance...if a teacher sits in the library or staff-room to prepare for the next classes are not allowed to do so and are engaged in unnecessary administrative work.

Dislikes

Cannot work at AIMT with self dignity. The staff members working across various departments in the college are mostly engaged in gossips and doing some kind of politics or the other. They even go to the limits of spreading to the limits that the administration easily without any analysis fires an employee. Also came to know that this college picks funds from government bodies in the name of skill development but no such skill development programs are conducted. Talking about the work environment it's worst I've ever seen or heard of. If any issue takes place a titular head- Principal of college, whose job is to sign the marksheet and some other documents, arranged a meeting showing to sort thinks out but ultimate the decisions are taken by the owners who have no self respect would favour their money related benefits beyond the Right. Due to which the students who realise that they are already the customers and can't quit the course in the middle, develop a real bad attitude towards the teaching-staff which makes the work environment worst. Also no payments for overtime. I had Kidney Stones while I was working at AIMT, had faced too much difficulty as I frequently had to use the washroom, which was not attached to the staff-room and shared with the male staff. Due to many such negativities frequent vacancies might be noticed especially in the Department of Mass Communication in the college.
