teammates are ok - job security is poor - career growth not assured - salary is ok - travel during admissions season is encouraged - work environment is good but tensionable and work pressure is high - scope is their for innovation - in the initial stages work life balance is difficult but once get accustomed it will be ok

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
